Maitakultura starts from a desire to overcome the different obstacles and limits that culture finds today. Our goal is to help the artistic creation throughout the Basque Country and abroad, by providing visibility where the artists can’t do it by their own. .
Maybe because we see bridges where some only see frontiers, we use the three languages that are spoken in our town. We work over administrative borders, so that artists have the opportunity to present their works and projects throughout the territory. We want to promote knowledge and exchange between different cultural actors of the different territories.
We work with artists from different fields, proposing different resources and services adapted to their specific needs and realities. Creation of image, press office, communication plans, relationship management with institutions, programmers and media, help in project production and distribution are the axes of MaitaKultura.
Because we love culture, without limits or borders.
