Harana is a musical project created by Bilbao-based artist, Mirari Arana. The project began in 2024, with the aim of bringing together and giving direction to the songs she had written up to that point, creating a space to share her inner world. With the piano at its heart and the voice taking centre stage, Harana's sound lies between pop and folk, blending organic sounds and elements of her roots with a contemporary vision.
The first EP, “Hurbil,” presents Harana's artistic universe through five songs. Recorded and produced at The Blue Studios (Mendavia) alongside producer Mon Dvy, the sounds of the landscapes of the Basque Country, deeply rooted in the artist, serve to unify the entire EP and immerse the listener.
Although the project is still in its early stages, since she presented her debut album at the Durango Fair (Durangoko Azoka) in 2025, she have been working on her live performances, refining both the acoustic format and the full-band setup. She has perform on stages such as Loraldia Festibala, Bilboko Ibilaldia 2026, and Bilborock, among others.
Looking ahead, she continues to explore and expand Harana´s identity while working on her upcoming album.
