Between the scraping of the bows and the breath of their voices, Amaia, Maia, Elena and Maiana, the four musicians of HABIA, weave a sound where tradition meets the contemporary.
‘omen’, their new repertoire, created under the artistic direction of Kristof Hiriart (composition and arrangements), is both grounded and free.
omen explores contemporary themes through the prism of Basque poetry.
The four musicians tell us stories of land, of struggle, of love and resistance.
omen – music that scrapes, whispers and explodes, just like life itself.
