EZEZEZ are a Basque band formed by Unai Madariaga, Eneko Ajangiz, Álvaro Olaetxea and Mikel Irigoyen, in which the music has the same weight as the other aspects surrounding the band. The militancy in the “do it yourself” and an overflowing creativity make them compose, write, play, record, mix and master all their songs by the band itself. Also graphics, videos and styling. EZEZEZ do themselves everything related with the band with the objective of defining a sound and an image unique and forceful. And they achieve it. Beeing one of the most interesting bands of the Spanish national music scene, their powerfull live performaces got the to play at festivals as BIME, Bilbao BBK Live, Monkey Week, Azkena, Sonorama and many more.
EZEZEZ released "puntofinal", the first single off their third album. "puntofinal" is an punk energy explosion but with a funk soul (it's super dancy) that slides like a katana in a ninja's hands: subtle, elegant and forceful. Narrated in their own euskoñol (a mixture between Spanish and Euskera) and charged with irony and poetry, "puntofinal" is a reflection about identity and acceptance, exploring how receiving love can help us find and validate the place we occupy in the world.
